Over the past decade, Bowerman Construction has been hired to construct and renovate multiple facilities on the West Glocester campus, totaling over $36,000,000 worth of work. This included such varied projects as the construction of a 130 seat Multi-Media Theater, a new movable ceiling for the Burn Test Lab, a Water Treatment Facility and a Warehouse Connector building.

Our team also constructed a new 70,000 sf Natural Hazards Research Lab. Bowerman constructed a Butler pre-engineered metal building to support specialized functions such as an earthquake testing table, wind uplift, roof slope and other unique testing labs. Construction included installation of 6- and 8-ton dual-beam overhead traveling bridge cranes, offices and work areas, conference room, break room and client areas.

Bowerman has also constructed a new Engineering Offices building, a storage facility for ignitable products, completed re-roofing to existing structures and completed several other site and renovation projects on campus.
