Bowerman Construction was first contacted by the owner of Ocean State Car Wash by way of a double referral. A Banker and a current construction client! The banker introduced us one day and we quickly became integrated into his plan to build a carwash. We also learned that he had been quietly involved in another project that Bowerman was building in downtown Providence – The “Pavilion” at Grace Episcopal Church. He had been watching us for the better part of one year while we built the pavilion and quietly sized us up for the construction of his family’s carwash project.
