Bowerman Associates were hired to build a new veterinary hospital in Wrentham, Massachusetts. After a few unsuccessful building evaluation/property assessment scenarios to find the perfect location, the owners were introduced to a new mixed use residential/retail center under development at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 495 and quickly signed a lease. Once the architect, Rauhaus Freedenfeld & Associates, completed design and Bowerman finished budgeting the project, the project quickly became reality and construction began.
This 5000 sqft Veterinary Hospital consists of a client waiting area/restrooms, six (6) exam rooms, state of the art surgical suite, pack prep, X-Ray, rooms for Oxygen Generator, Liquid Suction, Anesthesia Scavenging System, four (4) procedural wet labs tables, full lab and dispensary, staff lounge, private doctor offices and employee restrooms, conference/training room, separate hospital grade Cat and Dog Wards.
