Ocean State Carwash is a family owned business that aims to provide an excellent experience by offering a high-quality wash at a fair price while striving for positive interactions with all their customers.
The owner of Ocean State Car Wash first contacted Bowerman Associates by way of a double referral: a banker and a current construction client! The banker introduced us one day and we quickly became integrated into his plan to build a carwash.
We also learned that he had been quietly involved in another project that Bowerman was building in downtown Providence – The “Pavilion” at Grace Episcopal Church. He had been watching us for the better part of one year while we built the pavilion and quietly sized us up for the construction of his family’s carwash project.
Bowerman teamed up with Design Resource Architects of Wickford, and the 2,400 square foot new construction was completed in September of 2019.
