Teknor Apex is a local 100 year-old custom compounding company that now has 13 locations around the world. Teknor Apex’s growth required a complete renovation to their RI Corporate Offices and Laboratory building and chose Bowerman Associates to be their Construction Manager for this major project. The work consisted of full exterior and first floor interior renovations, including the creation of a new two story lobby entry to give the building an impressive presence from the street. 

Bowerman was brought in early in the planning process to support Teknor Apex management with estimating services and to support the architect and engineering teams during final design, cost estimating and permitting. Bowerman additionally collaborated with the design team on constructibility issues, alternate products selection and overall value engineering on the entire building systems and finish products.
