Bowerman Associates was hired as Construction Manager for the construction of a new 20,000 sf patient centered medical facility. Replacing and doubling the size of the existing building, the new facility offers a state-of-the-art environment, exam rooms, offices and a parking garage to provide primary care, dental care, behavioral health services and on-demand care to the community.
