For the third time, Thundermist selected Bowerman Construction as their Construction Manager to complete the renovation of an existing two story health center at in West Warwick, RI. Phase 1 of the project included a complete gut and conversion/ renovation of 10,000 sf of tenant space into a new state-of-the-art health center.

Upon completion and occupation of Phase 1, Bowerman proceeded to Phase 2 and continued renovations, updating finishes to the existing occupied 2nd floor health center, allowing Thundermist staff and patients access to all health services with limited interruption.
