Bowerman Associates was hired as the Construction Manager for this complete historic renovation in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. This historic building renovation included a new roof, new windows, restored exterior brick and facades, new HVAC, electrical, life safety, fire and sprinkler systems. 

Each of the student housing suites include 4-5 bedrooms, 2 full size bathrooms, a living room area and a fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and laundry. The finishes of each suite include striking floors, an attractive lighting motif and Corian countertops in the kitchens and islands.
