Greg Post,

Principal

With over 25 years of successful sales and client experience management, Greg has helped guide Bowerman to being recognized as a construction leader in the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts markets.

​

Greg joined Bowerman Construction in 2013 as Vice President of Business Development. His role is to manage all client relationships to ensure satisfaction with every aspect of our consulting and construction engagements. Greg’s other responsibilities include supporting design, estimating and project management/superintendent teams in order to ensure successful client engagement.

​

​In December of 2020, Greg and team member, Leo Hudon, purchased the company and became co-principals.

Leo Hudon,

Principal

Leo's 35+ years of experience handling design build projects in different markets is a tremendous strength to the team. His exceptional skills include: planning, developing, organizing, and supervising the design and construction efforts for the total project, which involves coordinating all design efforts as well as overall management of all project personnel and sub-contractors during the construction process.

Leo joined the Bowerman team in 2014 as a senior project manager.  Prior to joining Bowerman, Leo was a senior project manager for 19 years with a Rhode Island based general contractor managing large project in a design build capacity. His project experience ranges from Historic Renovations, Retail, Auto Dealerships, Commercial Office/Tenant Fit-out renovations and ground up manufacturing/industrial facilities in the New England Region.

Carl Rodrigues, Project Manager

Carl joined the team in 2021 as a Facilities/Construction Project Manager. He offers strong project management, construction management, and space planning skills to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of construction projects. Carl possesses top-tier leadership and collaboration skills, optimizes ROI by negotiating strong contracts and effectively partnering with contractors, design team architects, and engineers.​​​ Carl’s resposibilities include directing the efforts of internal staff to mitigate risk and ensures that the team meets regulatory, safety, and quality standards. He is proficient in reading construction documents, skilled in determining project scope, schedules, budgets, and timelines, as well as negotiating contracts.

Jason Vautour, Project Manager

Jason is a highly motivated and experienced construction Project Manager. His goal is to work with his team to build quality structures while staying on schedule and budget, along with keeping a safe working environment and developing client relationships. He is highly knowledgable in electrical, automotive, and diesel mechanics.


Jason received his B.S. in Construction management in 2001 from Roger Williams University and holds a minor in Architecture.​

Kerri Barone, Project Administrator

Kerri joined Bowerman in 2014 and is currently responsible for project data organization, manages day to day activities and Communications with sub-contractors and vendors. She manages all data related to on going construction projects, submittals, contracts, lien releases as well as all general office adminstrative tasks. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support to project managers, preparation and management of bids, preparation and generation of project contract packages, and field safety management (Includes annual completion of the state Hazardous Materials form and OSHA 30A form, as well as the distribution to field for posting.)

Michelle Guajardo, Controller

Michelle serves as a Senior Account Manager at Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., based in Providence, RI. In her role, she collaborates closely with the Bowerman Construction team and has been associated with the organization as a consultant for over five years. Michelle is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and receivables for Bowerman and possesses more than 30 years of experience in the accounting sector.

Prior to Sansiveri, Kimball & Co., Michelle served as Controller at Controlled Solutions in RI until its acquisition.  Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Champlain College.
